We accept Credit Card - Visa and MasterCard, Direct Deposit, Paypal and Cheque/Money Order.
Barefoot Maternity is a secure website to ensure your details are kept safe.
We are located in Australia, so payments made by Visa and MasterCard are processed in Australian Dollars. If you check out your order in USD, this amount is converted to AUD for processing by our credit card provider and then reconverted to USD by your bank. We have no control over rates of exchange through the banks.

Shipping

A flat rate of AUD9.00 is charged on all orders to be posted within Australia, to New Zealand and Fiji. There is no postage charge for the purchase of Gift Vouchers. We use express post or courier, depending on your location. Shipping to all other countries is charged at a flat rate of AUD22.00. For International orders please allow at least 14 working days for your parcel to arrive.
You can check the status of your order by logging into your account and selecting 'View the orders I have made' under the My Orders section. Most of our orders are posted within 3 days.

Exchange and Refund

We are proud of our garments at Barefoot Maternity and want you to love wearing your Barefoot Maternity clothing as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied we will happily refund or exchange your order provided garments are returned to us in original condition with tags attached. Orders within Australia must be returned within 14 days of purchase, Orders outside of Australia within 30 days of purchase. Garments returned outside of this will be eligible for a credit note only.

Sale Items, Sample Stock and garments reduced in price are eligible for credit note only.

For exchanges, return garments to Barefoot Maternity, PO Box 1088, TORONTO, NSW, 2283 with details of your exchange.
For a refund, email us so we know to expect your parcel and be sure to register and / or insure your return parcel as we will not take responsibility for garments lost or damaged in transit. Refunds are processed back to your original form of payment.
Postage costs are not refundable and return postage is at your expense.

International Orders for Refund - other things to note

Refunds are calculated less the actual cost of postage and any other recovery fees such as customs duty or import tax that we have been required to pay.
