We use two types of certified organic cotton fabrics in our range – colour grown cotton and eco dyed cotton. Our range of Organic Maternity clothing includes a maternity aline skirt, maternity curlottes, and a maternity tshirt. This range is made from 100% certified organic colour grown cotton fibre. It sounds strange, but the cotton grows in the natural colours you see – there has been no dyeing of the fabric. The natural environment influences the cotton colours which range from natural through to coffee and a pale green. Our organic maternity curlottes and our organic maternity skirts are made from a colour grown woven cotton in a natural creamy brown colour. Our organic maternity tee is made from a colour grown knitted cotton in a natural cream and trimmed with organic cotton lace. Our organic breastfeeding tops are made from both types of organic fabrics. The coloured tops, ie. raspberry red, slate and black are eco dyed. The natural cream is colour grown. Why choose organics? Organic farming methods nurture our environment. They protect our soil, and water supplies, control pests without the use of herbicides and fungacides and produce less energy and waste than conventional farming. In general, organic farming promotes best practise and produces a product that is better for you and better for the environment.
