I would love to do more exercise. The reality is though, unless it is forced upon me as it was today, finding the time or maybe I should say making the time is never easy. As a full time mother of three girls, non of whom are at school the times I can exercise are limited. Basically I get to choose between exercising at 6am when my hubby Rhod is about or exercising with my three little ones in tow.
