Sizing:
1. How do I know what Barefoot Maternity clothes size I am?
A. As a general rule, you will be the same size as your pre-pregnant size. So, if you were a size 10/Small size, you will be the same in maternity wear. We recommend you review our size chart and your measurements so you do order the right size.
2. I am between sizes, what size should I order?
A. Most of the Barefoot Maternity clothes range is made with stretch fabric, so if you are between sizes, we suggest you order the smaller size.
3. What happens if I order the wrong size?

4. My size is not available in your size chart.
A. Contact sales@barefootmaternity.com.au with your request and we will see what we can do for you.
5. I love your maternity designs but I am not pregant. Do you make non-maternity clothes?
A. We make some styles in non-maternity, so if you are interested please contact sales@barefootmaternity.com.au.
Payment, Shipping & Returns:
1. What form of Payments are accepted?
A. We accept Credit Card, Direct Transfer, Cheque & Money Order.
2. Is your Credit Card payment processing secure?
A. Yes. We use Paymate & Paypal to process our credit card payments, so do not store or have access to any of your card details.
3. When can I expect to receive my order?
A. Our policy is to ship orders within 5 working days of receipt of payment. The majority of our orders are shipped once payment has been processed, which is generally the following working day. |
